We understand that plans change, and we want to make rescheduling or canceling your service as simple as possible.

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund or to choose a new service date.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be eligible for a refund, as we reserve time specifically for your service.

• If we arrive and are unable to clean your bins because they are not accessible or were not left curbside as requested, the appointment may be considered a missed service and may not qualify for a refund.

• If weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing your service, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no additional cost or provide a full refund if you prefer.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's leading online payment providers. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored by Severn Bin Service.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe. While we process refunds promptly, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Yes. Bins should be emptied by your waste collection provider before your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Most residential cleanings take only a few minutes per home, depending on the number and condition of the bins being serviced.

Light rain typically will not affect service. If severe weather impacts scheduling, we will contact you to arrange a new service date at no additional charge.
